EAU de HELL WEEK – STARTS 7:00 A.M. (6:00 A.M SIGN-UP), Saturday, april 11, 2009 at the dancing bean café, chemainus– ride one or more of the following brevets:
· Tour de cowichan 200k
· Alive are the hills 300k
· Lost (but not forgotten) 400k
· Ride for gold 600k
Brevet Pin for each distance successfully completed. Special ‘Eau de hell’ pin for successful completion of all four brevet distances in one week

I am hoping you might pass on the contents of this note to the membership of the Experience Cycling Club and other potentially interested cyclists. Any racer worth his salt can ride a fast 200, 300 or 400k. Touring folks find finishing the distance to be satisfying. The real challenge is riding 600+ km. brevets. Randonneur cycling is a good way to build up endurance for racing.
